For reduction of oxydes powders in metallic powders.
The rotary calciner systems are optimally utilized for the processing of fine (0.8 to 100 µm) inorganic powders.
A patented rotary seal enables continuous operation in controlled process atmospheres (H2, N2, Ar, He, CO, CO2) as well as complete dust tightness. Systems are available with fully integrated weight controlled feeding, process gas recycling, dust collection, and state of the art control and supervisory systems. HT System for Carbon Fiber Processing

Continuous Vertical Dilute Bed Reactor
APPLICATION : With multi-atmosphere gas capability, exceptional energy efficiency, controlled particle retention time, this unique style of reactor offers a more rapid rate reaction with minimal contact to the interior of the furnace. This combination of advanced features has enabled the productive use of the Vertical Reactor for the processing of ultra-fine and nano-sized new materials. Systems are available in dilute and dense bed configurations.
